–Load Stage – Each lot goes through a robust pre-scheduling checklist for billing and floor plan option placement.

–Rough-In and Trim-Out – Utilizing our relationships with our site supervisors, we touch base and confirm lot readiness at each stage

–Post-Work Order Checks – Upon completion of each stage, every work order goes through quality control and picture checks. When a return is needed, we inform the site supervisor and schedule to have the work completed in a timely and efficient manner.

–Permitting/Inspections – Our in-house permit specialist assists our builder partners with ensuring our compliance with local municipality permits and regulations.
